Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any packages are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing materials and call the freight carrier. Ask them to return and inspect the damage so that you will be able to file a claim. We cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are refused or returned with no fault on our part. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages or losses due to defective products, errors in shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us if you have purchase insurance.
RETURN MERCHANDISE POLICY
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our return department. All refunds must be requested within 7 days USA and 14 days internationally from the date we ship your product.

Return the item to the address given to you by our Return Department. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We are not liable for return merchandise that does not reach our Return Department. We will notify you via phone or e-mail of your refund status once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund, in the same form of payment you used to make your purchase, within 14 to 21 business days of our receipt of your return. Please note that we refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.
For products returned in accordance with this policy, you should receive credit within 14 to 21 calendar days from the date we receive the merchandise. Refunds will only be issued in the form of original payment. Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on many factors including, but not limited to, personal check/cheque clearance, and/or the addressees location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 3-14 business day (1-2 weeks) delivery time on most orders.
